By using OutstandingTinyDesk.pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Outstanding Tiny Desk provides an AI tool that creates new concert-parody videos from authorized reference photos. Output can vary, and we do not guarantee a perfect likeness, a particular artistic result, uninterrupted provider availability, or suitability for a specific platform.

This is an independent service. It is not affiliated with NPR, NPR Music, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band, or any team, school, league, or public figure.

Your content and permissions

You must be at least 18 and have the rights and permissions needed for every photo you upload. Do not upload images of minors, non-consenting people, sensitive documents, or unlawful material. You retain responsibility for your inputs and for reviewing and using the generated output.

You must not use the service to mislead, harass, defame, impersonate, create deceptive endorsements, violate publicity or intellectual-property rights, or advertise a product or cause. Clearly disclose AI-generated content when you share it.

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. It lists prohibited AI-generated content, our content-moderation approach, reporting channels, and enforcement measures.

Credits and payments

Prices and credit costs are shown before checkout or generation. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically, and purchased credits do not expire under normal use. Payment providers handle checkout. You authorize us to charge the displayed amount and applicable taxes.

Credits may be suspended, revoked, or reset to zero only in the circumstances described in these terms, including serious or repeated violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, or where required by law, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Generated media

You may use eligible output for lawful personal and parody purposes, subject to these terms and third-party rights. The service generates original AI-generated music and vocals rather than licensing the commercial Outstanding recording. You are responsible for any music, footage, or other material you add outside the generator.

User violations and enforcement

If you breach these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, you are responsible for the resulting loss, claim, penalty, or damage caused by your breach. Depending on the severity, intent, repetition, and risk involved, we may take one or more of the following measures:

• reject or cancel a generation request;
• remove, disable, or restrict access to input or generated content;
• issue a warning or require additional ownership, consent, or identity information;
• restrict features, suspend access, or terminate your account;
• suspend, revoke, or reset unused credits to zero for serious or repeated violations, fraud, or abuse, where permitted by law; and
• preserve relevant records, cooperate with lawful requests, or report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate parties or authorities.

We may limit or terminate access to protect users, the public, our providers, or the service. These measures do not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Enforcement process and appeals

Where reasonably practicable, we will review the relevant task, account, and report information before taking action and notify you of the action and its general reason. We may act without prior notice for suspected CSAM, imminent harm, fraud, security threats, repeated violations, or where notice is unlawful or would undermine an investigation.

To appeal a moderation, credit, or account decision, email support@outstandingtinydesk.pro with the subject Appeal within 30 days of our notice. Include your account email, the relevant task or order ID, and any facts or evidence supporting your appeal. We may request additional information and will review the decision, but submitting an appeal does not guarantee restoration of content, credits, or access.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and provider integrations. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
