This policy explains how OutstandingTinyDesk.pro processes information when you browse the site, create an account, upload photos, generate videos, or buy credits.

Information we collect

We process account details such as your name and email address, sign-in and security logs, credit balances, orders, generation settings, task records, and the photos and videos associated with your requests. Payment providers process your payment credentials; we do not receive your full card number.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, provide generation and download features, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, maintain security, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Photo and video processing

When you submit a generation request, your reference photos and task instructions are sent to our video-processing provider, Fal, for Seedance generation. Files may also be stored using our configured object-storage provider so the service can process and deliver them. These providers may process data in other countries. Do not upload sensitive documents, minors, or images of adults who have not given permission.

We do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion window for uploaded photos or generated files. Generated tasks and account records are retained as needed to operate the service, prevent duplicate charges, investigate failures, and satisfy legal requirements. You may request deletion, but some payment, security, or task records may need to be retained where permitted by law.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect your account. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, their configuration and applicable disclosures may be updated separately. We do not include third-party advertising cookies by default.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own account. You can also avoid uploading optional band photos; only the lead portrait is required.
